1. Service Agreement

By booking services with Nafa Event Management, you agree to these terms and conditions. We provide event planning and management services as outlined in your service agreement.

2. Booking & Deposits

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. This deposit is credited toward your final invoice. The remaining balance is due one week before the event.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • 6+ months: 25% deposit retained
  • 3-6 months: 40% fee retained
  • 1-3 months: 60% fee retained
  • Less than 1 month: 100% fee retained

4. Scope of Services

Services are limited to what's outlined in your signed proposal. Additional services or changes may incur extra costs. We retain the right to adjust pricing for events with significant scope changes.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the event
  • Meet agreed payment schedules
  • Communicate changes promptly
  • Comply with all laws and regulations

6. Liability Limitations

While we take every precaution, Nafa Event Management is not liable for circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, vendor failures, unforeseen circumstances). Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

7. Photography & Media Rights

We may use photographs from your event for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise. Your consent for media use will be obtained before the event.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes shall be resolved through legal proceedings in Mumbai courts.
